TCO Norway AS is looking for a skilled and motivated Base Mechanic to join our facility in Indre Arna. The position will focus on assembly, testing, maintenance, and preparation of TCO equipment.

As a Base Mechanic, you will become part of a highly competent and growing team within the Oil & Gas industry, working in a company with both a strong local presence and a global footprint.

The position reports to the Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assembly of TCO equipment

• Testing and preparation of equipment

• Maintenance and servicing of equipment

• Inventory management and stock control

• Ensuring cleanliness and order in workshop facilities

• Documentation and reporting

• Contributing to Quality Assurance and HSE activities

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for someone who has:

• Technical background as an engineer or mechanic, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

• Experience with fine mechanics and precision adjustments

• Experience from offshore-related operations or other industries with strict quality and safety requirements

• Good computer skills

• A structured and independent approach to work

• Initiative and strong collaboration skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English
